In order to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as when you received it. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us within 30 days of your purchase so that we can correct the issue. If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
There are numerous reasons why your favorite SocieTea 7 tea is no longer available. Certain teas can be temporarily unavailable or discontinued due to seasonal or climate conditions, or our inability to source certain herbs. It is also possible that a particular tea isnt a big seller and we must clear space for more exciting and sellable tea blends.
