In order to be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as when you received it.  If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us within 30 days of your purchase so that we can correct the issue.  If 30 days have passed since your purchase date, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Check the back of all SocieTea 7 packaging for full instructions for steeping each tea.  Generally one teaspoon of tea per 6 oz cup will do.

What is the best way to store my tea?

All SocieTea 7 teas arrive in the perfect air tight packaging for your tea.  It is important to keep loose leaf tea in a cool, dry place that does not allow a lot of light.  Do not store tea in a refridgerator or freezer as this will introduce moisture and will permaturely age your tea.

When properly stored, we suggest no more than an 18 months of storage for our teas.

Why is my favorite tea no longer available on the website?

There are numerous reasons why your favorite SocieTea 7 tea is no longer available.  Certain teas can be temporarily unavailable or discontinued due to seasonal or climate conditions, or our inability to source certain herbs.  It is also possible that a particular tea isnt a big seller and we must clear space for more exciting and sellable tea blends. A cup of unflavored tea has 0 calories.  Please keep in mind there could be calroies that come ffrom the use of fruit or added flavoring.
